I get panic attacks when I get super overwellmed. Like today I almost had one in the car because I was having family issues. My mother and brother were fighting and thats one of my triggers. I use this picture card to help distract myself. Luckly I didn't have one but was very close too. I want to give my support to others who struggle with anxiety aswell. I want people to know that we aren't alone!

I struggle with anxiety, and it is the worst feeling ever.
ReplyOddly, the closest I've come to having a normally triggered panic attack is when I'm around large crowds. It doesn't actually full set in but I can feel it oncoming and then it just sort of sits there like a scale in perfect equilibrium. So if I've experienced only the beginning of one, I can't imagine how hard it must be to have them on a normal basis. If anyone else goes through this I honestly feel sympathy for you <3
