hi, i'm rose.
i'll try to make this as short as possible.
dance. i SWEAR just get up right now and put on some of the songs you have on repeat and just move. literally no one is there to "judge" you. just move and vibe and move the way your body and mind wants to and just- let go.
if you believe in God, put on worship music and stand up and just do your thing.
JUST VIBE BRO.
if you're mad: just soundlessly yell. punch the air. repeatedly smash your head into a pillow.
if you're sad: cry and do this. if you can't cry, just dance and move your body around.
if you're happy: MINI DANCE PARTY YAY! :D
if you're suicidal/depressed: rant and vent on a comment if you need, but GET UP AND DANCE.
if you're stressed and overwhelmed: GET UP AND DANCE. move around.
if you need motivation or reassurance for something, comment maybe? but just take a dance break and physically get the bad vibes out of you.
.... flail your arms around. rock your head back and forth. move your hips. jump around ...
i really recommend and say this out of genuine care. stop focusing on the current problem, for just one second. think of the big picture. look at yourself 5 years ago or even 1 year ago and notice how much you've grown since then. you could become a totally different person in a matter of months, weeks, or DAYS.
these things are TEMPORARY. remember some of the problems/stress/assignments you had in the past? look! majority of them are gone or done right?
SO YOU CAN DO IT AGAIN.
GET THROUGH TODAY. GET THROUGH THIS WEEK. GET THROUGH THE NEXT WEEK. NEXT THING YOU KNOW, THE MONTH IS OVER.
