Okay it's not like I get this angry often. My problem isn't getting angry easily. Basically this happens when I get a large amount of hurt and anger and pain and grief. When this happens I absolutely cannot control myself at all. I will do things I regret later. It's like I'm not even in my own mind, I can't think and I don't really remember being in that state afterward. Anyway I just wanted to vent so if you read this thanks.

I get annoyed easily. Mostly it's because no one ever listens to me or respects my words. I respect everyone but for others I'm just nobody and they never reall...
Whenever you get angry try to isolate yourself so that you won't say anything harsh to someone which you may regret later.
You can write down on page or on phone whatever is going on in my mind. Then count from 10 to 1 slowly taking deep breath.
You will feel better.
