i don't wanna live like this anymore. every day is the exact same and i do nothing yet everything is so stressful. it's getting worse every day, i have no motivation to do anything. i just lay in bed all day. nothing makes me happy anymore.

ReplyThis may be Major Depressive Disorder. I'd highly recommend getting some therapy and possibly getting on medication.
Here are some signs you may want to watch out for:
1. Persistent depressed mood, lasting for more than 14 days.
2. Inability to feel pleasure or joy.
3. Weight gain or loss.
4. Insomnia or hypersomnia (inability to sleep or sleeping too much)
5. Over fatigue and loss of energy.
6. Difficulty in thinking and concentrating.
7. Feelings of worthlessness or guilt.
8. Recurrent suicidal ideations or a desire to die.
