Quick back story, I fell really hard on my knees just over 3 years ago, I went straight to the doctors because I knew something was wrong. I was sent to get an x-ray but the there wasn't any alarming results so I never carried it out further. My left knee still gives my really bad trouble but a couple of days ago while working out ive done something and it felt like a pop and now its agonising. It feels desperately like it needs to click but it won't and it won't stop throbbing,
Any home remedies due to everything going on or advice would be amazing!
