try to find something new to watch, it is very hard to stop liking something after watching it, no matter what it is- i used to spend all my time in bed unmotivated watching horror and gore (movies, animes , etc) if your watching it for sexual arousal, try to if you dont have a partner, who is upp to a healthy relationship, when you are both ready for sex. - im very sorry im not the smartest with this stuff
ReplyIt's alright. Thanks! I appreciate your help 😊
ReplyTo stop it my advice is that you need to spend more time outdoors maybe hang out with your friends and also family and lessen social media. If you are fond of watching you can watch videos in the internet except for the sexual stuffs that you will get temptations. Try talking to your friends and play games to distract yourself. This is just one of my advices which is not really necessary, what is best is you will have to visit a professional to help you more with your addiction.
ReplyThere are accountability sites that allow you to make your search history visible to a trusted friend or family member. If you really want to stop, try one of those sites.
ReplyTry to watch anime. Its highly addicting for me.
ReplyPay some serious hard-earned money for an online class that last 4 to 6 months; I'm talking like 2 months worth of paychecks. That will keep you seriously focused on something productive while you're online... and painful to your wallet if you get distracted with the bad habit of porn. Best of luck.
Courtesy notice: the following includes a reference to a book that contains writings over 2000 years old which are mostly parables about human nature, both vile human nature as well as moral human nature, parables that are meant to teach us to learn and grow. No religion required, and better yet: no public displays of devotion required. Some bullies will label this "trolling", so "change the channel" now if of no interest to you.
