Like, I really don't. For example, I didn't eat a lot yesterday and felt like I didn't need to eat the entire day. I was not even hungry at all today, not even a little bit. I made myself eat somewhat, but it really wasn't much tbh. I am not sad or depressed or anything like that. I workout five to six hours a week. Sometimes I get hungry because of working out, but otherwise, it's not usual to feel hungry. What else is weird is that I can feel very energetic and workout just fine even if I haven't eaten for a day or so. I don't feel like that is the most normal.

If you’re healthy, strong and full of energy, then no problem! I’m the same way, I don’t eat much and when I do, it’s something light and usually raw (fruit, salad, nuts). And I also workout harder & longer than most people I’ve seen at the gym.
There’s an old Japanese proverb that goes something like “Eat until your stomach is 2/3 full.” I think the western (American) world could profit from such advice. *Over* eating is ironically what causes eating disorders. So if your body is naturally efficient on a low intake, congrats!
