I sometimes still feel anxious when I eat, but I'm eating. I ate three full meals yesterday, and I really fear bloating. That's what triggers me to purge with laxatives. But, I am on the third week of not using those at all. I was a little bloated yesterday, but I have been seeing that my body is digesting food better and better the more I practice eating. Today, my stomach is not bloated and I feel pretty good. I worried that I wouldn't feel good and that I would relapse or something. I almost did yesterday, but thank God I had a headache and didn't feel good enough to do anything that would dehydrate me. Thank God. I need to keep resisting.
