Ever feel numb, and then one bad thing happens, then, just like that, all the sadness comes out? All the nothingness I felt is crying now. It is something now. It feels good to feel. But, I still have to deal with stuff and just want to sit with my emotions for longer. I feel like my emotions went on a trip somewhere and just flew home today. They were missing. Now, I feel like I've been hurting for months, but I needed part of me to feel again to know that. I feel sad. But, it's better than never crying.
