Should I go out and do simple exercise like just walking? I think this would definitely help me breathe relax and think some things through? I really need help for my sanity. I'm way thinking too much and this is not good for me, and I know it. I need help :( I'm looking for a job but no one calls back, I want to try do small business I don't know how to start and all whatnot. Lord help me.

I am a huuuuge fan of walking, especially in nature, for shifting a mood and sifting through thoughts. I read somewhere that the bilateral movement in your body does something good for the brain, and I've felt that myself. Sometimes if it's hard to get moving, I let myself take on really small goals... like just get outside, or just walk around the block. And some days that's enough to shift the inertia and get me moving a lot more, whereas other days I'm like, that's plenty, and I go back inside... but even that little bit shifts something in me.
Also there is an app called Dialup that calls you at either specific times or random times (depending which channels you sign up for) and connects you with someone anywhere in the world to talk. I've been doing it periodically since April and sometimes it's really wonderful and exactly what I needed that day. Maybe of interest to you? (It's free, created by a couple of artists.)
