Yeah I'm fighting some mental health things and somedays aren't great, but right now I am ok and things will continue whether or not I am ok, so I might as well keep trying to be ok. Today I went to class, did some school, procrastinated a bit, but it's not like the project is due for four days anyway. I ate good food because I need food even though I didn't feel the most like eating. I had a mix of oven fried white potatoes and sweet potatoes for dinner. I found some interesting videos to watch. So, yeah I am going to be ok even if tomorrow is horrible, I will come out from it being ok once that is over.

Though I have never had to deal with a friend or family member committing suicide, I do want to warn others who are thinking about it. I'm going off of memory...
sometimes all you can do is just.... get through it. That's ok! There's nothing wrong with that. As you said, some days will be more challenging than others. Keep trying and finding the positive where you can.
