I'm in the midst of exam prep and the only way I can think of to motivate myself to finish work quicker is to enforce a sort of punishment if I don't complete a certain amount of work in a certain amount of time.
This thought is recurring but, I've never acted upon it even if I didn't meet my expectations, but I don't know, tonight I'm seriously contemplating it.
I thought I had been pretty good mentally as of late, guess not haha.

Hey, maybe have you thought of rewarding yourself with doing something you like or eating your favorite food, just like something you enjoy. And just remember that if you don't complete the amount of work you want, it's ok, don't be hard on yourself, your emotional state is more important than anything else.
