Figure out the recurring theme that is preventing you from becoming successful. For example, are you looking for a job in the wrong place? Do you have the right education for the position? Are you telling employers that you are looking for a career? Are you taking initiative in the job rather than doing just the minimum requirements to help make you stand out? Are you actively listening? Do you have a positive attitude, even if it is fake? Are you separating your personal life from your professional life? There are tons of questions to ask yourself to really dive into what the root cause is.
And then take steps to change it.
Heres the hard part: you can't blame anyone else for your lack of success. You have to take full responsibility in order for there to be a change. But when you do succeed, that success will be your accomplishment and yours alone.
ReplyThe thing is that most jobs require experience even if it is something simple that anyone could do it with a few indications. I mostly worked on my own and barely count as experience for anything. I would have to lie on my resume I guess
I also blamed the world and my parents for so long but now I'm realizing It's my responsibility. I don't think I'm strong enough to provide for myself
Thank for taking the time to read and comment
ReplyYou are strong enough. It's never easy, not for anyone. That's why it's called work.
You've worked independently, so that shows initiative and motivation right there. Don't sell yourself short. You know more than you think.
Good luck out there. You got this.

i really hate companies that stereotype you as a loser because you are not involved in
extra curriculars at university or ur grades suck
we hv talents in other areas but are given no chance to showcase it
Replyyeah it's awful work at job that you don't like for the minimum wage. It'd be ideal to do what you like. I don't know how people do it
