  When your best friend gets hooked on drugs and it ruins your relationship forever. And you miss them all the time, but what's done is done, and you can't go back to the way things were before.

  When your significant other loses interest in you out of nowhere, and sits in your face and hits you with a verbal deathblow the likes of: "I love you, but im not IN love with you anymore." And then runs off to vegas with a chick that has way more money than you, about 2 months after you deliver his child.

  When a child is taken from a physically abusive home, and placed in various foster homes where they're supposed to be "safe", but are subjected to fresh horrors that had yet to be experienced in the "bad" home.

  When you tell your mother about the things her boyfriend did to you while she was at work, and she doesn't believe you, yells at you, accuses you of not wanting to see her happy, and then kicks you out. At 11.

  When you get a job at 10 because you're really poor, and you're tired of wearing thrift store clothes to school. So you get a job bussing tables at a local BBQ restaurant, and save up your money so you can buy you and your little siblings some new clothes for school. Only to return home one night to find your mother's crackhead boyfriend took all your money and spent it on crack. And then cries as she begs you to give him what you made that night.

  Getting kicked out of your house with small children to care for because you made the mistake of paying your rent in cash, and the lady at the desk has been stealing it. So you're 3 months behind and served an eviction notice because you jave no proof you paid the rent to her. Too young, dumb, and trusting to get a receipt.

  Discovering that a trusted family member heavily influenced your college aged son to say the heck with school, here's a gun and a pack, go get busy. While you're at home busting your ass to pay all your sons bills while he's in school. Putting him in situations where he very easily could have been killed.

    I'm so sorry you had to go through all that :( Even though things might be tough they'll always be a silver lining. You'll get through it because your strong. I love you so much and keep fighting xoxo ❤❤

  When you, out of a deep sense of love, offer someone the opportunity to experience things while you are away and unavailable, and they decide to end it outright...and you spend (literally) years crying for the loss of the love of your life.
