i am so easily irritated and right now im so mad and frustrated and stressed and everything is making me want to throw things at the wall and i tried googling ways to express anger healthily but all it keeps saying is to exercise or take a deep breath like BITCH I DONT WANT TO BREATH I WANT TO THROW SHIT AGAINST THE WALL AND DO SOMETHING TO GET RID OF ALL THIS ANGER I CANT EXERCISE ITS FUCKING NIGHT TIME AND I HAVE HOMEWORK AND OTHER SHIT TO DO AND ALL THE SONGS MY SPOTIFY KEEPS PLAYING ARE MAKING ME ANGRIER BECAUSE THEY DONT SOUND RIGHT AND MY DOG WONT STOP BARKING AT LITERALLY NOTHING AND MY DAD KEEPS YELLING AT HIM FOR BARKING WHICH ISNT FUCKING HELPFUL AT ALL I JUST WANT TO STOP BEING SO MAD AND FRUSTRATED AND IRRITATED ALL THE FUCKING TIME AND EVERY SINGLE TIME IT GETS SO BAD AND I JUST END UP CRYING BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO

ReplyHi. I know how you feel. I get mad too where I just end up going into a full on meltdown. I guess I'm just mad at the world. Hopefully you will find something that works for you. For me personally, I listen to sad music and it helps lower my bloodpressure. However, you said music makes you angrier. Maybe try finding more sad or relaxing songs. Thats the best advice I can give you my friend.
