In my 20's. Stayed up til 1am and has to wake up at 7am. Got home at 11am and I am so tired and just feel like staying in the my bed all day. When I close the door and go into my room and lay in my bed, I get lectured about the ways I can take care of myself and if all comes from me wanting to change. I just have no motivation to work hard towards anything, Eben including working on my mental health.

Take a change of pace. You're not meant to just work and go home. You're meant to live. Find happiness in small things and appreciate even the most typical of things. Maybe it could help you.
