Im very frustrated. So, here is the story, I used to weigh 250 i just weighed myself i weigh 226. ( which is good i know) but a week ago i weighed myself i weighed 223 . I gained 3 pounds . I dont eat carbs i exercised 3 - 4 times a week . I didnt eat any sweets. Im frustrated. i drink lots of water. I am on a journey to loose 100 pounds. and my weight is not going anywhere. I want to give up trying to loose weight. I want to cry but I just cant cry.
I dont know whats going on. something is wrong. i want to cry as I am writting this. I dont know what else to do. I put my food in my fitness pal app and i eat 1500 calories or less. may be i should eat 1200 calories or less. I honestly dont know what to do.

You are stressing over it too much
the stress is releasing wtv hormone that is making you fat
bt i understand ur struggle i too
try the calorie deficit route
i count my bmr and eat below it while exercising but there is no significant difference
1. everybody's body is different so
even with the same exercises such as chloe ting
nobody will have the exact same results
don't stress
just know that each and every day you are doing another activity that is improving your health
and lengthening your life span
dont make it unsustainable where you end up binging on sweets because you cut it off from your diet entirely
i find the fitness app toxic as it keeps telling me im eating too much sodium and stuff
which stresses me out
eat wtv you want in moderation
2. maybe you are losing fat cell which turned into muscles so that is why ur weight stayed the same ?

I will NEVER look like kendall jenner or karlie kloss because well... my mom and dad look the way they do
I am DESTINED genetically to have wide hips
giant rib cages(blankpink's lisa waist is what i will never hv no matter how many surgeries i do )
so basically even if u ate one piece of lettuce a day and burned 700 calories twice a day
you would not look like the ideal bodies that you pin on your pinterest
because.... your parents grandparents and relatives look like ... that
once you have accepted that you will have the same body shape as them forever and
your kids will too
you can start living life
everyday you will start working towards a body shape and weight class that is healthy for your type of body
even if ur bmi says obesity like mine
dont sweat it dont stress
just make sure ur waist is not more than half of your height (centimetres or wtv) as it will shorten ur lifespan
strive to keep ur waist small with abs workouts or wtv
don' give up ever
keep hanging in there to achieve your fitness goals
you are doing great
all your efforts WILL pay off
you just cant see it yet because you keep checking for progress in the mirror and weighing scale
and letting the lack of progress make you depress
and sometimes
even if you follow a strict diet plan and workout like an athlete
you are pre determine to stay that bulky shape or have no thigh gap like you ancestors
and its ok
so give yourself a break
ReplyDon't beat yourself up. Losing over 20 lbs is a good accomplishment and a feat in itself. It's hard to lose weight. Just keep at it but try to lose it the healthy way.
