Recently I have found out about something called reality shifting. From what I understand, you basically try and transfer yourself into any desired reality you want and it doesn't have to be realistic. Like apparently you can have superpowers too? This whole concept seems cool and seems to have worked for many people. Last night I tried the raven method for the first time ever. I basically laid on my back in bed with arms and legs apart. I then counted out loud to 100 and in between each number I repeated the same phrase of what I wanted to do (eg. 1, I am a ___ living in ___) I don't want to personally go into what I was shifting for but it was my childhood dream. After I counted to 100, I tried to visulize more and kept telling myself I was shifting. This didn't work however. The reason it may not have worked was because I think I lightly fell asleep after counting but I might've woke up a few mins later. I was feeling cold so I bundled up so my starfish position changed (it is kind of uncomfrotable sleeping in a starfish position.) How long do I have to wait to wake up in another reality? I also heard you are supposed to feel symptoms but I didn't. I think for a few seconds I felt like I was floating but then it went away. Also my room was pretty quiet except for my ceiling fan running so idk if this messed with my concentration (I also didn't listen to any type of music.) I am confused on this?? I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE I CAN POSSIBLY GET. I also prefer to do the raven method because it seems the easiest and most popular. I came across something called scripting but I didn't both going to into detail about this because I didn't want to confuse myself. But I would genuinely appreciated it SO much if literally anyone who had experience with this can help me. The reason why I am very desperate is that I have been feeling extremely bored and sad and I just want an escape from reality. I will check back on these through the week :) thank you so much!

This might seem like a random question, but I genuinely want to know. I have the iPhone 6 but I feel like almost the whole world has a variation of the new ones...

Hey guys!
So I made a post and I was wondering on why I got no notifications. They took it down XD but anyways I was wondering for a video idea. Maybe to go with my art I...
Hi! I can try helping and giving tips. I've shifted before, I shifted from living in a bad family but now I live in an upper middle class good family, life is wild haha! Anyway, a tip is to not try to focus too much on getting "symptoms" and instead put most of your focus on actually shifting, because that is what is important. Something else is important, you do not have to stick to one method, you can even make your own method. Here is a video that helped me a lot with reality shifting. https://youtu.be/aoPy3JIVK-4
ReplyOk thank you for the advice! You might not see this but: was a doing everything else correctly? I tried to not think of symptoms I was mainly visulizing my dream reality. It was just something I noticed in the morning. I am also still confused on how long it takes for me to wake up in my desired reality and whether I have to stay in a starfish position the whole time?
ReplyReality isn't even real though. The shift is but a shift in understanding. Because how you understand reality to be is how reality will really be for you. These things don't work in ways that give you power over others. They only work in ways that give you power over yourself. And if your looking for power over yourself in order to get power over others, then you must have missed the point entirely.
TL;DR: reality really shifts when you dont desire for it to shift
ReplyInteresting thought, I'll think about this! Thank you, have a good day :)
ReplyI mean I didn't even know this was a thing but I already do it... so once a week I put a face mask on after a shower (like a beauty one not like covid mask). I wear a back brace designed to help posture. Shove on some meditation music from YouTube and sit on the floor for 15 minutes. When I do this the sounds bing me an idea for example being in the sea and then I begin to imagine it. I tell a story in my head and transform into that reality. So in the sea I am a mermaid and I explore a sunken ship. Or say in the jungle interacting with the animals. It's very calming and frankly I think it's based on your imagination. The more details you think of the clearer the picture becomes and you are transformed. I'm then snapped out of it by my alarm to take my face mask off. But as I hear the alarm I finish my strory, weather it's swimming back the shore and growing feet or following a ladybug back home. I'm not sure if this is what your talking about but it can feel very real and is very fun.
Replyok so I know you might not see this but: THIS IS EXACTLY THE THING IM TRYING TO REALITY SHIFT FOR WHAT?? In my post I didn't specify but I said I was trying to shift into my childhood dreams (of being a mermaid in the ocean.) What a coincidence lol. This sounds really cool! I'm kind of nervous to reality shift, but I might try this again! Anyways, Thank you for responding so much, I think its soo cool how we both imagined similar realities haha
ReplyHello! This is not an advice, but I just want to say that this piques my interest. I noticed this was similar to what you call lucid dreaming. How do they differentiate? (curious here)
ReplyHello! I am not a professional but I will try to answer my best haha. Basically lucid dreaming feels more like just a simple dream where you can slightly have control over what is happening. Apparently for reality shifting, it feels like real life and you can apparently feel, smell different things. I don't have experience with actually reality shifting so I wouldn't know the exact feeling. Basically they are sort of similar. I hope this answered your question! There are also articles about this online that you can look into as well as youtube videos explaining it better. Have a great day!
ReplyI'm pretty new to the shifting community. I've never shifted, but I've been close. My friend has, and she loved it. The main tips I have are to script if you haven't already, listen to subliminals to help you shift (this can be whenever but def help when actively shifting), drink water, and to try new methods if one isn't working for you. I made up my own method, and it's really worked for me. The most important thing is to have fun!
ReplyThanks for the reply! I am genuinely trying and can't wait for the day I successfully mastered shifting. Good luck to you :)
ReplyI'm trying to shift too! My instagram is @cinnamonwings if u wanna talk there
