I need to focus on my studies but its always like one day i am completely motivated and I study for hours and feel so good about myself but the next day I'll end up getting up late , feeling demotivated and then end up just using my phone whole day , feeling guilty , sad and these days I have started to lie to someone that I did study as i promised him ( i lie because he gets angry when I tell him that I didn't study and feel even worse about the whole thing ) i dont know what should I do... I have tried pomodoro techniques, even studying with the live study streams , making daily study plans and many more things but I am still not able to be consistent with my studies... I am really stressed... please give me advice if you know what i am doing wrong or any study related advice would help .

Hope you're staying safe :)
I can understand how difficult it is to stay motivated at these times, in a pandemic, at home! Cut yourself some slack. Don't be sohard on yourself and don't stress. We don't gain anything out of stress. It just messes more with our mood and make us deprived of our energy to do things.
Make a plan, a realistic one.
Just grab a piece of paper or a sticky note and write down everything you need to get done for the day and make sure you place the sticky note/paper infront of you.
We have 24hrs in a day! Not more, not less. Everyone is given the same.
We have to stop saying that we don't have enough time. We have to get better at scheduling time. Make sure you're building the life you want.
Be more intentional with every single day you have. Decide how you wanna show up each day if you wanna be happy, motivated, productive, you decide!
Then put this into Action - You gotta fricking do it. Your emotions follow your body. Our bodies are the most incredible machines here. You can take control of it. When you don't feel good, get your body moving. Action is absolutely required. Just get started with whatever you want to do. Action done over and over again becomes a routine.
Reward yourself each time you're done with something you put on the check list.
There are few apps like "Forest" which helps you to stay focused. Set your time limit and get back to work. You got this ⭐
Don't worry about other people, your friends, or the ones who push you down, all that is not gonna matter in 5 years! So choose you and start doing things for you!🤩🙌
