Today I feel rough, Hayfever season has hit me badly today. I feel tired, sore, overworked, a bit stressed, a bit tense. Trying to push through the dating game, Trying not to overthink about this person....the weird I haven't heard from her in a few days..do I text her...am I smothering her, am I being ghosted? What if something comes of it?
Will this career transition work out? returning back to health/social care getting calls and avenues opening up.. more forums to train/gain experience are coming?
On the outside I am holding my anxiety and overthinking in but inside my mind is racing between thoughts.
what I am grateful for ?
1.My friend's daughter is home safe and sound after an accident and thank god nothing serious in terms of injuries happened.
2. Oregano essential Oil for hay fever is effective (try it)
