yesterday, (June 15) it was my sisters birthday. They were planning going out. My mom asked me if I had all my work done for last week and I told her yes so she checked. i only had like two or four missing assignments. She told me I couldn't go with them since I didn't have my work in for last week. once they left, i got mad. I threw things. But what stopped me in my tracks was that I have a door with a glass square to see through it. its big too. i slammed the door so hard The glass broke and went everywhere. Once they got home I told them what happened and my mom was so mad at me. she literally beat meh with a cord- but yea um, is it anger issues?pls tell me.

If this feeling of unbridled rage and aggression comes up most times that you're upset or the habit of breaking things is not an uncommon situation then yes you most likely do, though if this isn't a regular occurrence this may just be an outburst stemmed from the displeasure from your mother's response. I don't think you have much to worry about if its the latter, and not then there are plenty of outlets for anger that are healthy and don't result in destruction or punishment.
