Life is dreadful journey people go through alot ups and down problems trauma lack of self confidence specially in between age of 12 to 20 we youngsters see that face of life which they haven't seen before many people betray them the understand the real world some people remain empty they crave for true friendship but never gets that . they crave for love but people betray them in a way that they are left broken.they tend to focus on their career parents pressure society pressure everything just increase their insecurities .society judge them on each and every thing even if they are good at things they will find flaws , they will find flaws in your appearance , in your grades in your studies , in your personal life they judge you on each and every thing and every stage of life. and at this time parent's support are the most important thing which work as a healer on your unseen wound thier care the way the support ,they way they protect us from everyone seems unreal that how can be someone so selfless to care about someone, when everyone in your life are betraying you.treating you like peice of tissue which they through after it's use every thing seems so messed up at this stage of life we want to do something but can't find the right path we want to enlighten our parents name but can't find a way .the most pathetic and vulnerable feeling is when you don't have any goal in your life even after so much tries you don't find any goal the reason to continue living for wich you should hard work struggle that's the feeling when you feel useless this is the most underrated thing as people only talk about how they struggle to achieve their dreams but actually the real struggle is when you can't find any dream for your life you came at this stage of life where everything seems boring nothing attracts you more than being alone cry your heart out alone to take out all your worries as trusting anyone has become difficult for you. once someone suggested me to write your daily routine or incident in diary but I was not the diary person after some times I started reading books and then this was the best way to escape my lonlines. I didn't wanted to cry in front of anyone as it was my biggest insecurity that after my crying session will be over they will make fun of me how I cry over a silly reason or how pathetic and broken and dramatic I look while crying the most disgusting feeling ever!. Well it's still the same therefore I decided to write. Today I was feeling so vulnerable therefore decided to write, put my each and every thoughts on a peice of paper , and to be honest it really feels good feels light. like a huge burden has been reduced or removed from your shoulders and heart. expressing your feelings through word is an art the people who have the ability to transfer their emotions into others by writing are real gems ..

The age from 12 to 20 is a very social age. You want to be liked, accepted, and best of all have friends. So it is a 'pleasing people' age. But as you say people pick on you and insult you with their judgements and you don't want to make too many or any enemies so you don't stand up for yourself as often as you should. It is when you are older and don't care any more what people think that you can stand up for yourself and go off at and threaten and fight others.

ReplyYou listed somethings humans easily fall into (delusions). And you are in a delusion as well. I hope you wake up. You are beautiful and you are strong. Just have to wake up from delusions of the society.
