I started a new job recently. Im stressed about screwing up. I constantly worry, what if I forget to do something? Am I doing this right? Did I do a good job? For sole reason if I have work the following morning, I have a hell of a time falling asleep. Probably because of these worries. How do I stop? It's a constant symphony in my head of what ifs, if my job performance is sufficient. I've tried meditation. I'm also currently on anti anxiety medication. Neither of which seem to help with this.

All I can suggest is to keep the meditation up, relax, and go with the flow. What is the worse that can happen anyway? If you get a warning don't stress, just go on with the job, and if you are let go find another job. I left school at 15 and had jobs that didn't suit me. I was 35 when I found a job I was good at and enjoyed.
