what does it mean?

What does it mean when your crush is talking to someone ( having a full converstaion) but he is looking at you. Then looks you up and down?

*side note: Other things he has done is opened my car door for me twice. stared at me many times then , I caught him, he just smiles and blushes.

* another side note: he is a white guy. im a black woman.

* side note: we go to the same religious services. We just talked yesterday it was great! We have things in common.
