I've been thinking of how my life is not going in the right direction since I've been jobless for you knows how many months. Then, I got recommended for a job with someone I knew. How do you do well with the process? From letter to interviews? Especially interviews since I've done them before and was not able to have a job. I have a massive social anxiety, have not gone outside (unless grocery shopping) and talked with anybody besides my fam. Please help... And pray for me to get back on my feet. I've been so down thinking of bad things and doing things I shouldn't have done. I regret it and want to change.

Job interviews are a form of "We got a job open, and we think you can do it. Let us learn more about one another to see if mutual arrangements can be made." Answer their questions as best you can, ask them stuff also, and remember they are humans also. You will have the life you wish to build, take each day as it arrives, and remember we love you *hug* 💖
Replyit's okay, calm down, you can do this. as an introvert, i was also dreaded by interview. it turns out they are nicer than i thought.
you can start with finding info of the working place and your position. some youtube videos have covered what topic people ask in interview. just focus on delivering your thought, dont lie or you'll have hard time at work.
i'm not sure what else to say. i hope you got accepted. best of luck!
ReplyWrite down 5 or 6 questions you want answered in the interview - about the company's hiring process like how many might be interviewed, when they hope to conclude the process, training the new hire will need, opportunity for advancement. Write them down and have them with you.
Just before the interviewer gets started tell him / her that you wrote down some questions that you have with you and ask if will be OK to ask them later if not answered in the interview. Also tell them that you are a bit nervous but you are sure that you will be a valued employee.
This will reduce your nervousness and will get you a few points for being thoughtful and taking some initiative.
They will fortunate to have you become their new hire.
ReplyI just took an examination and I think I might've flunked it :,(
