I wasn’t supposed to get this bad. I just needed to lose weight. But now I’m addicted to the feeling of hunger. The taste of gum is the only one that doesn’t yearn for two fingers down my throat. I wasn’t supposed to start hating food I used to love. I’m picking up hair from my floors trying to blame it on the bleach dyed to the ends of my hair. I thought always being tired would perhaps help me sleep better, but now everything feels like too much. Being dizzy wasn’t supposed to come so soon. I thought I had more time before I felt like this but now I can’t stop and I don’t think I want to.

Food fads
"Plant-Based" is just another food fad that will go away soon. Well, for the ED crowd, just another crutch to hide behind. "You look like you j...
Hi there. ED is awful and you’ve hit on a lot of the reasons why. At first it seems harmless to skip a meal or two, no big deal if you purge sometimes, but then one day you realize it rules your life. I don’t have a lot of suggestions since I’m still suffering from it but I’ve gotten a lot better in the last year or 2, and I did this by establishing ‘safe foods’, you know, foods that you can snack on without feeling guilty or triggering a binge. Almost anything raw works for me (fruits & veggies are a lifesaver) but it’ll be different for everyone. The key is training yourself to enjoy food again, not seeing it as a failure. Anyway I wish you (us) the best of luck in beating this 💚
ReplyHi , try doing jumping jacks when you want to binge,, then treat yourself to your best guilt free food, so you can feel good about it. Keep trying ok... Have a good day.
