Can't you talk about this with anyone that you can trust? Sexual harassment is not okay. I know you're in tough spot. But I think it would be very helpful if you can talk about this with someone.
ReplyI agree .. sexual harassment is wrong, and tolerating it is wrong too. I understand you need the job, but you should at least talk to someone you trust, who can give you correct advice on what to do. In the meantime, avoid being alone with your boss, ask your colleague (a trusted one) to accompany you while you're with him. Or you know, next time he tries to touch your butt, just sit on it tight so that it hurts !
ReplyI must agree with this solid advice.
Courtesy notice: the following includes a reference to a book that contains writings over 2000 years old which are mostly parables about human nature, both vile human nature as well as moral human nature, parables that are meant to teach us to learn and grow. ReplyHey I agree with the others, please talk to someone you trust. There are 2 reasons. The first reason is to get some advice & support. The 2nd reason is, in case this does turn into a legal matter later (even years later), you'll have a witness to verify when you first mentioned it. That matters a lot in cases like this. Stay strong through this!
