I work in a company with quite a toxic environment and I really want to leave, but there is something that stops me. I am psychologically exhausted and I have a hard time of adapting to any unexpected situations, there are few to non things that are making me happy, and I am afraid that I will not be as effective as a person should be when starting a new job and entering into a new workplace. I am afraid to lose both my current and expected and I am afraid that nobody will be there for me to understand the situation here is not ok. I am not lazy or willing to depend on somebody. Even now, when many people are in a much worse situation than me as they are losing jobs due to Covid19, I feel I am going down.

Do you have a skillset that gives you opportunities to find something else relatively easy, or is the job market tight?
I'd start with sorting the different thoughts and feelings you have toward staying or leaving, and sorting them. By priority, and certainty above all. How sure are you that a new job will be just as you expect for example.
It can be hard to choose change if your state of mid isn't calm and collected, so the only option you have is to make it so. Try to create clarity, adn do listen to your feeling. But if you can help it, from a place of peace. Good luck.
