I was offended and i was just standing still

I live in Iraq, so yeah, it’s all fucked up here. It’s a shitty life here, it’s actually a hell hole. Today i was heading back home and suddenly a ranger rover was in front blocking the way so i had to pass him from the right. Then we met at cross road very close. I heard someone yelled so i looked to the left and there was the ranger rover owner. I rolled down the window and he said “don’t be a stupid” i told “what’s wrong with you” and he kept saying the same thing. To be honest, i was afraid i mean i’m in fucking Iraq where can get killed easily and with no one to protect me. The guy had a ranger rover so he could be having powerful connections or a gun (typical scenario for ranger rover owners). He then told me “if i come down i will tear my show on your head” and i was just standing still looking while i am getting offended. I am a well educated with a master degree in engineering. I had never been in a fight even in high school cause i was raised to not use violence. I don’t feel a man at all. It’s really hard i have never been so humiliated. Maybe i am really a coward or maybe i am not a man at all. I really feel pity on myself.
