I'm very anxious and I need help calming down

I'm kind of panicking right now and I really need help talking myself down. Every time I have a strange technology issue, I start freaking out and it gets hard to breathe. I always start thinking that I've got a virus or something and that it will break my device and I'll have to tell my parents and somehow they'll find my secret social media and I'll be outed as polyamorous and atheist.

For some reason, my search history deleted itself and for some reason that makes me really nervous. I went through and backed everything up and went through the files on my device just to be safe, but my brain won't calm down or stop skipping to unlikely worse case scenarios.

    Okay, I think I'm okay. I did some breathing exercises, drank some tea, listened to a few of my favorite songs, and watched some random BTS videos and I'm a lot calmer...
