I feel sad and stressed most of the time, and I don't know why. Almost every day is like that for me, even though I try to be as happy as possible. Sometimes I do the things I love, like riding my bike or spending time with my dog. But sometimes even those things don't help, so I remember why I was sad, and if there's no reason, then I try to relax. If there is a reason, then I think about it and solve it.

Good on you solving your problems. Maybe you are depressed so seeing a doctor to find out will help.
