Lately I have not doing the best in my studies.... I just can't seem to Stay consistent in it , it's like one day I'll wake up at 4 study really hard for like 12 hours , feel really good about myself but the other day it'll be like I'll feel really tired end up using my phone almost whole day it's like I have whatsoever no control over myself and my study would go from 12 to 2 hrs straight, I'll feel really guilty about all of it , feels like I am the worst person who can't do anything...
How do I get that consistency? I really want to improve myself my whole career is dependent on the exams I am preparing for still I can't seem to give my all to it ...
The things that distract me is mostly my phone , even when I switch it off and put it aside I'll still end up turning it on again and spending whole day in it ....
Plus I live with my family , Don't have my own room , sometimes it gets really loud , and many times I'll have to just go help my mum ....
Any suggestions that might help I'll really appreciate it 💜💜

ReplyLol it is for professional exam and it really matters to me because I just don't want to be with my parents and the only way I can get out of this place is when I have become financially stable

There is a myth that if you drink coffee, your focus will go up- maybe try that.
Also, human brain hates overusing its power without a break.
