It’s weird. It’s not that eating makes me feel good. It’s that not eating, when I know I could be eating something, feels terrible. Even if it’s just pure boredom, rather than actual hunger. I wish I could just turn my appetite off.

I can never get enough food, especially spicy ones.
ReplyI know this is not helpful but if you stop eating regularly for few weeks, you will be less dependent on food. Idea is, brain is rarely stimulated by food therefore, gets used to not interacting with it. Its not about what you eat but rather how often you experience having flavor. You can change. But if you dont want to actually change, wait till you do.
