Why do we always try to depend on people sometimes not only financially but mentally I have faced issues myself as when you just want to take something out, something that's bothering you so much but for that too why do we need someone. Someone who is here now listening to your pain and misery and the next moment sharing with others hearting you we know no one is permanent in our life so why do we still need someone. I have gone through so much so many friendships trusted so many people but the end result always turned to be so negative that now I get angry only by their names I try to ignore them but somehow they try to return just to hurt you more 😣😔. So why do we depend on others?
Have you also gone through the same?

“ Why do we always try to depend on people sometimes not only financially but mentally” we subconsciously consider other people greater than ourselves. Part of me thinks its because we often distract ourselves and therefore dont really know who we are. I think thats why we think without awareness that other people seem to have solution to our needs. And besides, thats what we are used to (teachers + parents). But with craving for emotional connection, we often attach to things we are most familiar with, which is other humans.
“ I have gone through so much so many friendships trusted so many people but the end result always turned to be so negative”- actually that is common. People think they understand others but in reality they dont. Besides people can temporary prioritize your needs but still, in the end its all about their needs.
