Well, as a teenager, I do have a lot of stress concerning my finals , practicals and more....I am just an average student . I know this is my problem ,I can't stop myself from procrastinating . When I get really stressed, I just watch some videos and that goes on for hours...
Once,I really wanted to change for good, so I thought of switching off my phone this year.
But our classes are online , so eventually without a phone my classes can't be attended.
So , if there are people who can give me some advice , it would be very helpful!!!

All I think about is how I'm going to exist or survive because that's all I'll ever be doing. Not everyone can live :(...
I am in the same situation as yours , this pandemic has changed a lot of things , i want to stay away from distractions as much as possible but due to online classes and exams it becomes impossible to do so , and whenever i want to taks a break and have a look at yt just for 5 min , it goes on for hours , i hate this habit of mine . I have tried one way to sort out this problem and it worked a bit for me , it does not work wonders but definitely improves the situation . What i tried is to find new hobbies , try to find what you love to do , like singing , drawing , playing any musical intrument , anything you like which can keep you away from your electronic devices, i found that i like to play piano , so i used to set challenges and rewards for myself , i would say to myself that if i don't waste my time on mobile phone and atleast study 1 chapter , i can play piano for 30min before sleeping , and if i don't i won't play it . If you don't have strong will power find someone to make you do so like your sibling (they can do this job wonderfully and they would enjoy doing so too haha) or your mom or dad . This way you can stay away from distractions , stay focused and you can study well too. Try this out for 2-3 days and see if it works for you. Hoping the best for you . Goodluck 🖤

Replythe change is gradual, one cannot change for good immediately. So my advice, any steps you take to keep focused in 1 task at the time (the one that need to be take care of in that moment), do it slowly and in a small way.
