i can feel things moving around in my belly… i’m super bloated and my stomach is way more squishier than usual, it’s kind of weird.
i did eat WAY MORE than i probably should have… here’s what i ate in order:
1- 4 or 5 pancakes… i can’t remember
2- a BIG glass of milk
3- a snickers candy bar
4- a kit kat candy bar
5- a glass of coke
6- a WHOLE bag of milano mint chocolate cookies (15 cookies)
7- another glass of coke
8- 4 grilled cheese sandwiches (with extra cheese)
9- another glass of coke
at this point my stomach feels ready to explode… it hurts to move and my boyfriend is in the kitchen making dinner… how do i tell him that i ate a bunch of food and now im sick?
someone please respond ASAP and give me advice

hi- maker of this post here… keep in mind i ate all this under 2 hours so i’m having problems digesting it
ReplyToo much sugar and too many carbohydrates.
ReplyIt stress-related and defensive coping mechanism. However, I don't know if age-related or just being bored? I have a similar habit I eat a lot because of stress and boredom. My suggestion drink water to wash out the extra sugar and other stuff to put to balance chemicals in the body.
Replyi did what you said but now it’s the next day and my belly is even worse… it’s grumbling REALLY loud- should i go see a doctor?
ReplyIf the stomach is growling for a week, then see a doctor. The stomach is adjusting and balancing out. Washing the impurity out the body.
