I am sorry that you are going through a rough time. If you need someone to talk to, I am here. I think you should try online counseling session with a chatbox. It may help with your body freezing every time you try to speak.
ReplyOh my god! That must have been so overpowering of an experience. Two overpowering experiences actually. I can only imagine the emotions you must have felt about your friend's actions and you and her. I'm sure it must be a burden weighing heavy on you. I hope you have someone you can talk to about those feelings too. Because it's important that they are seen and felt and experienced with honest openness and integrity. And then they will just be gone. Ghosts carried off on a breeze during a warm night. But you should also talk to someone who knows some psychology about your social paralysis. Because you need to have full batteries in order to help anyone else. If anyone is hurt by you prioritizing your own health, maybe question their views in your own thoughts. Perhaps in any case, you might also find answers by consulting someone who is knowledgeable in philosophy. After all, Jung's symbolism at the very least was derivative of philosophy. In fact, science it self was originally called Natural Philosophy.
