Lately, I've started to feel stress once again. Until recently, I felt that I have been able to manage and keep my usual stress level pretty low but as in life, I am definitely feeling the pressure once more.

Nervous
So, in three days, I start band camp, As in Wednesday. Anyways, I have a huge crush on somebody in there but I don't know how to approach them.. Any advice..? ...
When im stressed, my body gets wicked sick. Like diherrea for no apperant reason (true reason: stress), headaches, vomiting etc.. I guess emotionally i cant handle it so phisically i need a way out.
ReplyThe way I see it, sometimes stressful situations motivate us to push through and let it run it's course. My best advice is find things that relaxes you and take a mental break every now and then to ground yourself. By grounding yourself I mean, take a moment in the day before work or before you leave the house for the day to take a few deep breaths, relax with some calming music, and say to yourself, "today's a new day and today I will be the best me possible." Granted, it may not always work, but just having that time to look forward to helps me. Best of luck! -Ace
