You do not owe anyone your time or labor just because they were born, and that includes younger siblings.
You are NOT your parents' free babysitter. You don't owe them free childcare.
Tell your parents, "YOU made that thing, YOU entertain it."
If they push the issue, just be mean to your sibling every time they force you to play with them. You might get in trouble but it will be worth it because eventually they'll stop demanding your free labor of you, and you'll be free to sit in your room and read like you just wanted to do the whole time.

It's like saying to you "you're alive, work your way out of everything by yourself" when you're their responsability :/ parents don't ask you to do this things because they see you as some sort of tool. It's because it ends up helping you too how to love and take care of people; if you act like this with parents or siblings you can't expect to have a healthy family in your time being because you don't know how siblings act with themselves, how to teach love. No one can love you more than your family and your family is the only thing that stays when everything falls apart.
