I finally went to therapy because of how “crazy” I am…the therapist said “your partner is controlling and manipulating you. You are not crazy. There is nothing wrong with you. You need to get out of that relationship as quickly and safely as possible.”
Don’t let some as*hole convince you that you are crazy. When you know that you are not.

yeah when people go into therapy like that, just trying to prove a point and are not honest with themselves and how things are, that can happen. it’s best to go into therapy in humility taking responsibility for everything that you are in (if you actually want to help yourself).
ReplyI was in therapy for over 2 years to reverse the damage caused by that relationship. My life has improved 100%. But thanks for your unhelpful input.
