I’ve been struggling for a while. The idea about reality and dreams. What’s real and what’s not and the feeling that everything that is “real” is a sick dream. Lately I’ve been really struggling. My grandmother got diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, my girlfriend broke up with me because I was worried and questioned too much, my job sucks and I feel like I’m trapped. I have no real way to cope, I don’t drink I don’t smoke. So I drive, but I drove too violently and got pulled over going 60 in a 30. On my way to work I again drove too violently and got stuck in a ditch. These past few days I’ve cried myself to sleep, woke up crying and headed to work. I have no idea how much more I can take. I have no outlets.

ReplyThis will probably sound lame, but before you give up, try boxing or martial arts. Plenty of YouTube videos if you can't or funny want to train the traditional ways. It sounds like you're angry, lost, and very sad. I'm very familiar with those feelings. I'm not suggesting violence but a physical release for pent up, overwhelming emotions.
