I'm so exhausted but i want to change my life around so bad. i wanna be one of those people who get up at 6am, workout, live such an ordered and tidy life. only problem is, i can hardly even get out of bed let alone wake up early and workout?? If anyone has any tips at all on how to get motivation, please let me know.

You fear how others judge you?
You fear how you are compared to others?
You fear if you dont do it now, you might never do it?
You fear you will be stuck in the body you are now- which you despise?
You fear people who you like will like you less?
You fear you will never truly like yourself?
You fear you will never change?
