Idk if anyone can actually explain this to me cause even my doctor can’t entirely comprehend this. I’ll eat healthy foods such as certain fruits and veggies and meats and healthy snacks and salads and I feel AWFUL afterwards. I have the worst stomach aches and bloating. But when I eat unhealthy foods like processed foods and candy, I don’t get any stomach aches or bloating. What does this mean and why does this happen? Because this is how it’s been all my life

i also suffer from stomach ache after eating healthy food. what i do is , not eating that particular food that trigger my stomach. most effective advice i can give you is chew the food more and more around 20 -30 times. I know this sound crazy ,but trust me just try this for week and you will see the dramatic change. This has changed my life.
The reason i found out of it is - healthy food are hard to digest and half digestion is completed in mouth itself. So help your stomach in digestion process by chewing more.
ReplyYour gut is not used to these "new" healthy foods. You have slowly incorporate it into your diet rather than having a full day of healthy meals. Your body is too used to eating unhealthy easily digestable food. Those do not last long in our body and will make us crash. The advice before me is also great! Good luck
