Do any of you out there, know how to heal an issue like this? Or like just get rid of it.
Scenario1# You just had a talk with one of your friends, let’s say, a deep conversation, regarding certain issues, and you make up, and understand each other better. You go home
and overthink what they’ve said, during that time you two were together, and you still don’t believe what they’ve said to you, but you want to put this trust into that person and you want to be with them, but you feel like they are lying, and you can’t trust them?
Issue: I’ve had trust issues, and I’m trying to resolve them, but forgetting them won’t help, since it’s not fixing the issue, it’s only running away from it.. me and my friend both have this mindset, and we’ve hurt each other a lot and are aware of it, no matter how much conversations we have, it always goes as like in “Scenario 1#” I’m not sure how to fix this problem, it’s ongoing. We both also have the mindset of if you don’t try, then I won’t put in the effort, kind of thing too, so basically if I don’t show effort in a text message neither would they. So it’s a constant misunderstanding, it’s just a rolling ball, at this point. Any tips? any open advice is much appreciated

Life is too short for "frienemies".. truth is only a handful of people will be true friends, the rest are merely acquaintances. And trust, well, it's like love and respect, it must be earned, not just freely given. Best of luck.
Courtesy notice: the following includes a reference to a book that contains writings over 2000 years old which are mostly parables about human nature, both vile human nature as well as moral human nature, parables that are meant to teach us to learn and grow, including the teachings of Christ Jesus. No religion required, and better yet: no public displays of devotion required. Some bullies will label this "trolling", so "change the channel" now if of no interest to you.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
