Changing schools

I'm going to change my school. I have been in studying in the same school for 12 years . after a few months, I'm changing my school due to my 11 stream since I'm interested in humanities. and humanities is not available in my current school . I'm doing pretty much research about it and found out that it's not a good stream to choose. all my friends are going to choose science and commerce . what do you guys think about humanities and the job opportunities? I'm nervous and scared to change my school since I'm pretty bad at making friends and my new school is not gonna be like my old school. my school provided a lot of facilities but the new school doesn't provide many facilities. I'm attached to my friends and we share the same interest. it's hard to leave but knowing it's only for 2 years. and after 2 years, everyone would split right ? is it going to be okay?
