Just wanted to remind everyone how important it is to breath properly. I’ve struggled with this myself. I would hold my breath and take short breaths throughout the day and it only made my anxiety worse. Focus on your breathing and ground yourself in the present moment and take your time. Seems like everything is moving so quickly these days-especially with all of this social media activity. Take a break sometimes and I hope you all are doing well.

Right. I heard there's this method to focus on breathing, find a big square around you, be it frame or door. And hold and release your breath by slowly glancing from one point to other. I tried it as I have anxiety and it gets worse. I started exercising and increased my endurance. It really helped a lot. Thanks for the post! I hope you're well too!
