hi guys i feel so anxious because i have one month and a half to finish my thesis and cope with all my INCs in 4 subjects last semester. I got so depressed hence i was not able to do school properly please boost me upppp for an extra dose of self confidence, i aim to graduate on time this coming july and if i want that to happen i must be halfway through my thesis by May 1 and be through with all my backlogs last sem

You can do this!
Have a shower, wash your face, put on a playlist in the background and just work on one thing, for the duration of the playlist. Take 5 minute breaks, drink water, more upbeat music and on to the next thing.
