I've always been addicted when it comes to numbers, my grades, weight, height, calorie intake...but mostly my weight
There was a time in my life when I starved myself to the point that I ended up passing out in a public vehicle while I was on my way home. I wanted to be thinner so badly and lose fat that I've come to a conclusion to eat nothing but 2 pieces of grapes and gum for the whole day.
I started exercising a year after that occurred to try to be more healthy but due to stress and other things going on in my life I've stopped that. People around me say that I'm not fat, my body is enough and slim, but the words I want to badly reply to them isn't "thank you" but...
"I could be thinner"

Take notice of what people say to you because they are a better judge than you when it comes to how you look. Ask them if you should be thinner.
