Something that has helped me before is to write a short summary. Nothing detailed, just sorta what you’d tell someone if they asked you what it’s about. Sometimes as you’re going over the main points at a distance, an idea might suddenly click. You could even write out a summary here if you want to :)

ReplyWrite out your favorite scenes, randomly, then fill in the gaps with how the characters got there.
ReplyI would recommend you to write fantasy genre because you can add alot of things without caring about whether they are real or not and it's always fun reading fantasies, if you are out of ideas take reference from other books (i am telling you to steal their ideas ) but it will help you to understand what you can write😄♥
