How to not be hard on yourself??.... Cause clearly classes started only 2 days ago and already I feel self doubt... Even tho I kno things are going to be taught eventually... But how should I not punish myself by overthinking of things that ARE okay... How to NOT SELF DOUBT about things UNNECESSARILY!!???

Maybe it helps to know that worry/ self doubt achieves nothing in and of itself. So, if the worry pushes you to prepare more/study harder, great. If it’s doing nothing but paralysing you, it’s much kinder to yourself to switch it off. How do you do that? By telling yourself it accomplishes nothing and just wastes your time.
ReplyOkay i suffered the same thing 'OVERTHINKING', and self doubt and all but you know we keep thinking stuff like that and it actually gets annoying and also it will create anxiety,so i would say busy yourself with something so you won't be able to think about it,i know it's really hard to stop these thoughts but it will hold you back if you don't control it .
Some of the options are playing games and reading books. Books are so good they will make you forget your worries
